What are the delivery charges and delivery times for orders from the Online Shop?
Standard Delivery UK Mainland Next Day* between 8.30am – 6.00pm Prices based on weight: Total cart up to 5kg: £12.95 Total cart over 5kg: £14.95 Maximum weight per shipment 20kg *All orders received before 2pm will be shipped same day for next day delivery. We can not be held responsible for any delays in shipment following collection from our courier. If your order is placed on a Friday, you should expect your product to be delivered on the following Monday. Our delivery driver will send an email and a text message (if a mobile number is provided) to inform you roughly at what time he will be delivering your parcel. Some items may have a longer delivery time, this will be stated on the product page.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express through SagePay Secure.
How secure is the Online Shop?
When you place an order in the online shop, you will be redirected to a secure SagePay payment page to provide your credit/debit card details. This SagePay page uses 128 bit SSL technology to ensure your details are secure and safe. No credit or debit card details pass through the ColdroomSpares server whatsoever.
Can I order over the phone and pay by card?
You can indeed, however this may delay shipment. We would advise on ordering your product through the Online Shop for quicker delivery.
Can I collect my order from your store?

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Once we have issued the order for dispatch, you will receive an email notification with a PDF invoice attached. If you do not receive the invoice, drop us an email and we will send it over.
